Returns and Refunds


We hope you are pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return it you must notify us in writing at within seven days of the date of delivery otherwise your right to return the item or product will be deemed to have been forfeited by you.

If you have given us the required notice in writing within seven days of delivery we will be happy to process the refund of the purchase price paid for your item providing

  • It is in the same condition as when purchased (the product has not been worn and is free from any new defects or odors)
  • The product is returned with its original tags attached and is returned in its original packaging
  • It is received within 21 days of date of purchase
  • Please Note: We cannot offer refunds for pierced earrings or an intimate garment, for hygiene reasons.
  • Please Note: We cannot accept returns of Gift Cards.
  • Please Note: Sale items are final- strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds.
    • Please ensure that the returned item is packaged well as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during its return. Refunds can only be made to the original cardholder of purchase and AFTER the item is returned to us.

        We reserve the right to refuse refunds.

        All Delivery costs are non refundable.

        Refunds will be processed within five days of our receipt of your returned item. will send you an email to let you know that we have received it and are processing the return. After you have received this email, please allow a further 10-15 days before your account is credited.

            For faulty or damaged items we will offer a full refund of the original purchase value and shipping costs once it has been returned to us for inspection.
            Please note: Our VINTAGE JEWELLERY condition rating is only our professional opinion. Surface wear and general wear and tear is to be expected. This includes surface scratches. Email us for extra photos if you require. We will not refund or exchange items based on "condition".
            Please note: On VINTAGE ITEMS; If stones or crystals fall out after purchase we will have them repaired and replaced. We are not obligated to refund the purchase if the item can be repaired by us. Repairs may alter the original look of the item.
              We pride ourselves in sourcing products in the best condition possible, However vintage items will show age appropriate wear unless otherwise stated.
