Most wanted- We track the top jewellery trends for Spring Summer '18
15.10.17

The Spring/Summer fashion circuit has come to an end and one thing was clear as the crystal baubles seen at Chanel; statement jewels are here to stay.
You can throw the rule book out this season and wear your jewels anyway you like, just make sure we can see them!
Here are our top three jewels to borrow or buy this season.

LAYERED NECKLACES
This is perhaps the easiest trend to replicate from your existing collection this Summer.  Wear your favourite pieces together but the key to this trend is a range of lengths to avoid looking messy.
Our tip: Combine your favourite choker with a longer length for the perfect pairing.

LOUD OR LONG
The only rule for your ears this season, make sure your lobes aren't left bare.
XXL earrings were seen all over the runways and the street paired with equally OTT feathers at Saint Laurent or vintage denim on your favourite influencers.
Our Tip: If you haven't already, now is the time to invest. Buy a pair that will last the distance because a statement earring has moved on from being a trend to a tried and true accessory.

PEARLS
They were always a classic but now they are back in the limelight as the most fashionable choice for the Summer ahead.
Pearls popped up at Chanel, Miu Miu, Valentino and McQueen, worn on the lobes or around the neck and wrists.
Our Tip: Anything that shows up twice in a row on the Celine runway means this is a trend to watch. Invest now as you'll be wearing these for seasons ahead. Just make sure they are baroque and natural looking to truly tap into your inner Goddess.
