In a Winter style rut? This will help...
27.07.17

It's that time of year again. When the excitement of wearing your favourite winter coat and chunky knits has been replaced by that end of season wardrobe boredom.

We all get it, no matter how much we might love our clothes and the colder months. Sometimes the boredom is healed by some online shopping (usually over a glass or two of vino) but sometimes all you need is some fresh style inspo from the pros.

When we're in a little wardrobe funk we love watching style videos to kick start our enthusiasm again.

Over the last 2 years, British Vogue created some stellar content featuring the wardrobes of some seriously fabulous women. Unfortunately, they stopped the series but we still love watching them.

Here we share some of our all time favourite clips featuring the wardrobes of women who inspire how we get dressed in the morning.

Josephine de la Baume
She shares our love for chunky accessories and borrowing from the boys.
The item we'd steal? That leopard coat at the end.

Julia Hobbs and Naomi Smart
No offence to Naomi, but it's Julia's love of all things shiny and her shoe collection that gets us rewatching this clip.
Caroline De Maigret
Yes another Frenchie, but how can you not love the romantic way she talks about clothing?Plus her jewelery collection is to die for.

At Home with Isabelle Weston of The Britten Stables

Over the past year we have had the pleasure of staying at The Britten Stables n Christchurch a number of times - our accomodation of choice whenever visiting our Cantabrian stockists and holding our vintage trunk shows. In time, we've been lucky to get to know the gorgeous owner of the landmark location, Isabelle Weston.

Running the space is a full time job in itself and now with two gorgeous girls in tow, Adaline and Raphaela, we were thrilled when Isabelle kindly agreed to spend a few minutes with us to chat with us about the restoration, her approach to style, and how she's been dealing with life's big changes over the last few months, just in time for Mother's Day...
